Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through wafl.ca, operated by Harmiyen Solutions Ltd. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date or the most recent subscription renewal date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests submitted after this window are handled at our discretion.
3. No Automatic Refunds
Refunds are not automatically issued for:
- Partial billing periods following cancellation
- Failure to use the Services during an active subscription period
There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. All refund requests are reviewed by Harmiyen Solutions Ltd. You may contact us at dvs.wafl@gmail.com.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate transaction or a technical failure — please contact us at dvs.wafl@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction or refund promptly.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your access will continue until that date. To avoid auto-renewal, cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date, as set out in our Terms of Service. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be made through either of the following channels:

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.
7. Refund Amounts
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may differ from the original amount paid due to tax recalculations (e.g. GST adjustments) or currency exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights provided by the laws of your province or country of residence, including any rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
