Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that govern your use of the Services provided by Harmiyen Solutions Ltd. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, including securities/commodities, derivatives, anti-manipulation, anti-fraud, export control, or sanctions laws
  • Engage in market misconduct, including manipulation, spoofing/layering, wash trades, fraud, insider trading, front-running, or misuse of material non-public information
  • Scrape, spider, crawl, or bulk download data beyond normal interactive or permitted API usage
  • Reproduce, publish, resell, redistribute, or create public benchmarks or indices from the data or outputs without our prior written consent
  • Remove proprietary notices, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code, models, or databases, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical controls; introduce malware; or interfere with or overload the Services
  • Share accounts or API keys; exceed contracted rate limits; fail to secure credentials; or impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful
3. API and Automation

Use of APIs is subject to plan-specific rate limits and fair-use policies. You must keep API keys confidential, rotate them if compromised, and implement exponential backoff to respect limits. Caching of outputs is permitted solely for internal use and must be refreshed per any cache/TTL guidelines we provide.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, throttle usage, or remove content for AUP violations, legal or regulatory risk, or security reasons, with or without notice. We may report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities where applicable.
